Network Infrastructure
A reliable and high performance CCTV system relies heavily on the underlying network to transport the video data. We start by ensuring a dedicated IP network is provided for CCTV purposes. Our design team is Cisco certified and can design and install a dedicated system. Alternatively we can work with existing shared infrastructure and IT staff if required. Our electrical (data cabling) installers are fully qualified and experienced in all facets of structured network cabling.
System Configuration
The recording and Video Management System (VMS) software is an integral part of the overall CCTV solution. We work with a number of leading providers and are trained and certified to deliver their products. The system will be set up and optimised to deliver the necessary features and performance.
After Sales Support
We are responsive to our customer’s needs to ensure high system availability. This is possible by maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. Our after sales service includes phone, email, remote access and onsite support.
